We offer rigid couplings in customised stainless steel grades for use under special environmental conditions or for increased corrosion resistance requirements in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry. The material 1.4305 is used for common corrosive environmental conditions. Manufactured in 1.4404, the Torqmax is available for various applications in laboratory and medical technology or for production systems in the food industry, which are often cleaned with chlorinated detergents.

The Torqmax has decisive quality features. Its bores are precisely honed in a final machining process. As a result, the Torqmax guarantees the highest surface quality and the highest standards in terms of dimensional tolerance and shape accuracy.
Special screw lock permanently secures the high torque transmission
The high-quality DIN 912 grade 12.9 screws are treated with a special Nypatch® process. In a 360° coating process, several threads of the hexagon socket screws are coated with a complete nylon layer. This prevents any loosening of the screws caused by torsional vibrations and oscillations and ensures that the high clamping forces and torque transmission are permanently maintained.
