GBC-A: Torsionally stiff bellows coupling for dynamic servo axes

Highly dynamic applications with frequent reversing operation and high-precision positioning are the speciality of the Belflex metal bellows coupling. Its flexible stainless steel bellows ensure high torsional rigidity on the one hand and provide optimum compensation for radial, axial and angular misalignments on the other. Clamping hubs made of high-strength aluminium guarantee a backlash-free shaft connection even in reversing operation and ensure that the mass moment of inertia of the Belflex is low.

Lightweight, compact and for high speeds

High concentricity and additionally balanced clamping hubs (from GBC50) enable use in a high speed range. Thanks to the defined length of the stainless steel bellows in conjunction with the design of the clamping hubs, the Belflex is short for increasingly compact installation spaces. The Belflex GBC series is available for nominal torques from 1 to 500 Nm. The programme offers a wide range of different bore diameters from 3 to 60 mm.
