Combining clamping collars with each other or attaching them to machine parts - the Clampmax Mountable makes it possible. Available as a one-piece and two-piece version, the Clampmax has flat surfaces and mounting holes on the respective outer diameter. This version makes it easy to attach the Clampmax to neighbouring, adjacent machine parts or to connect several shaft clamping rings together. The Clampmax Mountable is available in burnished steel, aluminium and stainless steel with a bore diameter range of 10 to 40 mm.

Clamping collars are used to secure components axially on shafts or as an axial stop. In order to offer optimum performance, our Clampmax clamping collar is characterised by special features. Special processes are used in the production of the clamping ring to optimise the benefits for the user. For example, the bore of the Clampmax is face-turned so that it is exactly at right angles to the face of the clamping ring. This is crucial when using clamping rings as bearing surfaces, as mechanical stops or for mounting other components. In combination with high-quality screws EN ISO 4762/DIN 912 12.9 (for steel and aluminium versions) or stainless steel 18-8, stainless steel AISI 316 (for stainless steel versions), the Clampmax offers decisive and practical performance features.
