Thanks to its welded bellows-hub connection, the metal bellows coupling can be exposed to high thermal loads of up to 300° C.

GBC-SS: Series for operating temperatures up to 300°C
High-temperature applications or applications with special ambient conditions or corrosive media are the speciality of the Belflex Thermbago GBC-SS. The functional element of this metal bellows coupling is a stainless steel bellows made of 1.4541, which is welded to the stainless steel hubs. This process ensures that the bellows is permanently connected to the hubs even under the required critical temperature conditions and that the coupling therefore has no thermally sensitive connection points. The hubs are always designed as clamping hubs. In combination with its additional silver-plated stainless steel clamping screws, the Belflex Thermbago fulfils the high requirements for applications under vacuum conditions.
Torques up to 320 Nm
The Belflex Thermbago GBC-SS series is available in 9 sizes for nominal torques from 1.8 to 320 Nm. The programme offers a wide range of different bore diameters from 3 to 60 mm.
