Our Gearmax bevel gearboxes ensure efficient right-angled deflection of the drive and guarantee quiet running even at the highest speeds. Hardened GLEASON spiral-toothed bevel gears made from case-hardened steel ensure high load capacity and efficiency combined with very smooth running. The bevel gearboxes are provided with lifetime lubrication and are therefore maintenance-free. Under normal conditions, refilling or oil changes are not necessary for the entire average service life. Another technical feature of the Gearmax is its high-performance, high-quality ball bearings. These safely absorb any radial and axial forces acting on the gear shafts and guarantee lasting performance and service life.

Maintenance-free thanks to lifetime lubrication
The choice of shaft seals used protects the gearboxes against oil loss or the ingress of dust. The bevel gearboxes are designed for a long service life of 10,000 hours at full load and in compliance with the recommended speeds of 1,400 rpm. The range includes versions with one or two output shafts and with ratios of 1:1 and 2:1. In the standard version (Series 4000), the bevel gearboxes have aluminium alloy housings.
Stainless steel version for special ambient conditions
In order to meet the high demands and hygienic regulations in the food, chemical and petrochemical industries, we offer the 5000 series of bevel gearboxes with housings and shafts made of 1.4401 stainless steel.
