Very short design, modular and axially pluggable

The Oldham coupling ZOC and ZOS is ideal for precise clocked positioning tasks and for stepper motor applications in restrictive installation situations. It consists of two hubs and an electrically insulating transmission disc. Its three-part design enables convenient plug-in installation, even in difficult-to-access installation conditions. Compensating radial misalignments with very low restoring forces is the strength of the backlash-free Oldham coupling. This compensation is achieved purely by displacement movements between the hubs and the transmission disc.

Oldham coupling ZOC and ZOS: The compact version for tight installation spaces

The series for axially tight installation spaces. It is up to 1/3 shorter than the standard series. The compact Oldham couplings are available with either clamping hubs or as a set screw version. The hubs are made of aluminium, the transmission disc is made of polyacetal. The programme is available for shaft diameters from 1 to 35 mm. The ZOS6 to ZOS10 with the smallest outer diameters of 5.9 mm to 9.9 mm are the solution for micro applications.
