Oldham coupling ZOC

The Oldham coupling ZOC-A compact

Very short design, modular and axially pluggable

The Oldham coupling ZOC is ideal for precise, cyclical positioning tasks and for stepper motor applications in restrictive installation situations. It consists of two hubs and an electrically insulating transmission disc. Thanks to its three-part design, convenient plug-in assembly is possible even in hard-to-reach installation conditions. The strength of the backlash-free Oldham coupling lies in its ability to compensate for radial misalignment with very low restoring forces. This compensation is achieved through pure translational movements between the hubs and the transmission disc. A special MicroRounding process ensures an increased angular misalignment capacity of up to 1.5°.

Oldham coupling ZOC: The compact version for tight installation spaces

The series designed for applications with limited axial space. It is up to 20% shorter than the standard series. The compact Oldham couplings are fitted with clamping hubs. The hubs are made of aluminium, whilst the transmission disc is made of polyacetal. The cross discs are optionally available with a through-bore. These ensure the tightest possible shaft distances without compromising the displacement values of the cross-slider coupling. The range is available for shaft diameters from 3 to 35 mm.
