The disc coupling Diskflex GTR steel
Disc pack made of stainless steel
The robust disc couplings in the GTR series with steel hubs are designed for high-torque applications such as in conveyor technology or forming technology. At the heart of these torsionally rigid clutches is the disc pack made of stainless steel. This disc pack is alternately connected to the respective hub flange and the intermediate piece of the double-cardanic design. The shape of the disc pack is precisely matched to the level of the respective torque requirement. Depending on the size, the robust equalising clutches have a continuous disc pack in a six-bolt design, a disc pack consisting of individual plates in a six-bolt design or a disc pack consisting of individual plates in an eight-bolt design.

GTR: Programme with steel hubs for nominal torques of up to 65,000 Nm
The steel disc couplings in the GTR series offer torsionally rigid compensating couplings in a nominal torque range of up to 65,000 Nm. They have a pronounced torsional rigidity of up to 32,000 kNm/rad, depending on the size. Due to the static balancing of the hubs in balancing quality G 6.3, the couplings are predestined for high speeds. The hubs and spacers are made of steel and are also phosphatised to ensure corrosion protection. Positive-locking external or internal hubs - the latter for a reduced overall length - with bore diameters of up to 205 mm are available for shaft connection.
