Our bevel gearboxes provide an efficient rectangular deflection of the drive and ensure quiet running even at the highest speeds.
The case-hardened steel GLEASON spiral bevel gearboxes ensure high load capacity and efficiency combined with high smoothness.
The bevel gearboxes are life-lubricated and thus maintenance-free. Oil refilling or changing is not necessary under normal conditions for the entire average service life.
Radial and axial forces possibly acting on the shafts are safely absorbed by generously dimensioned high quality ball bearings.

Life-long lubrication for a long service life

The selected shaft sealing rings protect gearboxes against oil loss or dust penetration. At full load and observing the recommended speeds of 1400 per minute, the bevel gearboxes are designed for a long service life of 10,000 hours.
The product range includes versions with one or 2 output shafts and 1:1 and 2:1 ratios.
In the standard version (series 4000), the bevel gearboxes have an aluminium alloy casing.
