The spring bar coupling for dynamic applications or for special environmental conditions

The Sliflex spring bar coupling is available in aluminum or stainless steel and enables backlash-free and precise torque transmission in dynamic servo axes or in applications under difficult ambient conditions. Its radially introduced slotted structure provides high torsional stiffness and effective universal misalignment compensation for non-aligned shafts. An innovative, mechanical "rounding" process at the respective starting and end points of these slots minimizes the formation of stresses and thus maximizes the service life even with permanently high misalignments. Made of lightweight aluminum, it is predestined for dynamic servo tasks and precise positioning tasks with frequent reversing operation. The stainless steel spring bar coupling is the choice for applications in corrosive atmospheres or with thermally critical environments.

Backlash-free clamping hubs

Their clamping hubs allow backlash-free torque transmission even in cyclic and reversing operation. Designs with hubs and set screws are also available upon request.
